Backyard fits compact lots and first-time sauna owners. Estate adds glass-front luxury and larger footprints. Wellness Retreat combines sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower in a full backyard destination.
Backyard builds average 6–10 weeks, Estate builds 10–14 weeks, and Wellness Retreat projects 16–24 weeks after permit approval.
