Backyard is a sauna plus integrated backyard experience for compact lots. Estate is a fuller backyard makeover around the sauna with glass-front luxury and outdoor living. Wellness Retreat is a full outdoor living compound with sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower.
Backyard builds average 6-10 weeks, Estate builds 10-14 weeks, and Wellness Retreat projects 16-24 weeks after permit approval.
