All builds include a free design consultation, permit coordination, custom cedar construction, premium heater supply and install, electrical, and a final walkthrough - from consultation to your first session.
Backyard fits compact lots and first-time sauna owners. Estate adds glass-front luxury and larger footprints. Wellness Retreat combines sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower in a full backyard destination.
Backyard builds average 6–10 weeks, Estate builds 10–14 weeks, and Wellness Retreat projects 16–24 weeks after permit approval.
Yes. All three build tiers are available across Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties, including Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Auburn, and nearby foothill communities.
