Why Choose a Custom Home Sauna
A custom home sauna is designed for your property - sized for your footprint, glass fronts, and how you use heat every week.
Homeowners in Granite Bay, Folsom, Roseville, and Sacramento choose design-build when they want glass fronts, bench layouts, and finishes that match the house. Already own a kit? We still install it - see pre-built sauna installation.
What a Custom Design-Build Includes
Every custom home sauna starts with site-specific design: cubic volume for heat, sight lines from patio or pool, electrical capacity, and long-term plans for indoor or outdoor placement.
We also professionally install pre-built kits when a standard footprint is the better fit - see pre-built sauna installation.
- Western red cedar and hemlock construction sized to your space
- Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts with cedar trim
- Tiered multi-bench layouts with ergonomic backrests
- Interior and exterior LED mood lighting packages
- Harvia and Finnleo heater sizing and install
- Changing room vestibules and outdoor rinse stations
- Optional cold plunge or outdoor shower integration
When Custom Beats a Fixed Footprint
Choose custom when you need unique dimensions, glass fronts, estate finishes, or cold plunge integration sized to your lot. Fixed-footprint kits are a strong fit when a standard cabin works for your yard and budget.
Already own a kit? We still assemble and wire it - see pre-built sauna installation. Compare indoor and outdoor home sauna installation when placement is already clear.
How a Custom Home Design-Build Works
We follow a clear path from first visit through first heat. Most backyard custom builds complete in 6-10 weeks after permits; larger glass or estate scopes take longer.
