Build
Our crew builds your retreat - clean, on-schedule, with regular progress updates throughout the construction phase.
Your First Session
We walk you through every element of your new wellness environment. Then we step aside, and the ritual begins.
Consultation
We visit your property in Orangevale, Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Auburn, or surrounding communities. We measure access, discuss collection tiers, and answer every question about permits, timeline, and investment.
Custom Design
You receive a detailed proposal with 3D layout concepts, material selections, and a fixed price. Revisions are included until the design matches your vision.
Permitting
Sierra Sauna Co. submits all required applications. Most outdoor sauna projects in Sacramento County require electrical permits; some require structural review. We manage the entire process.
Build
Our licensed crew handles site prep, concrete, framing, cedar finish, electrical, heater install, and interior details. Backyard builds typically complete in 6-10 weeks after permit approval.
Your First Session
We train you on heater operation, bench etiquette, löyly technique, and maintenance. Your custom sauna is ready for daily use from day one.

Sauna Installation Process FAQ
Yes. Permitting is included in every complete build. Applications are submitted, city or county building departments are coordinated, and inspections are scheduled on your behalf.
Most backyard builds complete in 6-10 weeks after permits are approved. Estate collections average 10-14 weeks. Full wellness retreats may take 16-24 weeks depending on scope.
