Free on-site visit across Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties. We measure access and setbacks, review your electrical panel, talk through how you want to use the space, and outline realistic timeline and budget ranges.
Custom Design
You receive a design proposal with layout, materials, Harvia or Finnleo heater selections, and a fixed-price quote. Revisions are included until the plan matches how you want to live in the sauna.
Permitting
We prepare and submit permit applications, respond to plan-check comments, and coordinate with Sacramento County or your city so inspections stay on the critical path.
Build
Our crew handles site prep, pad or foundation, framing, cedar finish, electrical, heater install, and interior details - with clean job sites and regular progress updates.
Your First Session
We walk you through heater controls, stone care, löyly basics, and simple maintenance. Then we step aside so your ritual can begin.

Design: You receive a detailed proposal with 3D layout concepts, material selections, and a fixed price. Revisions are included until the design matches your vision.
Permitting: Sierra Sauna Co. submits all required applications. Most outdoor sauna projects in Sacramento County require electrical permits; some require structural review. We manage the entire process.
Build: Our licensed crew handles site prep, concrete, framing, cedar finish, electrical, sauna heater install, and interior details. Backyard builds typically complete in 6–10 weeks after permit approval.
First Session: We train you on heater operation, bench etiquette, löyly technique, and maintenance. Your custom sauna is ready for daily use from day one.
